Structures
This machine is made up by corrugating rolls, flattening rolls and frame. Corrugation machine is driven by motor through a gear reduction train.

The corrugating rolls
There is a pair of corrugating rolls. The gear is fixed at the ends of the roll to drive the corrugating rolls move. The rolls are made of 40Cr.

The flattening rolls
There is a pair of flattening rolls. Flattening roll assembly is driven by chain & sprocket drive arrangement through both the corrugating rolls. The rolls are made of 40Cr.

The adjustment of the rolls

The upper roller for the corrugating and pinch can be adjusted up and down by hand wheel.

A feed table is provided with gauge blocks to adjust the width of the sheet.

This table slides on an entry table.
